We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery or Hermes within the U.K. to deliver your jewellery. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery (excluding public holidays). Delivery to Northern Island, the Highlands, Islands and Rural areas can take slightly longer.
For international delivery we use selected couriers with tracking. Shipping times can vary and local import tax, customs and duty is payable locally by the recipient.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange your jewellery, please contact us using the following link and stating your original order number. Please include with your return your original order number.
Jewellery should be returned in its original gift box, unworn as new and in a resalable state. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless faulty.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
